摘    要:为研究不同初始组织状态下NiTi超弹丝的传感性能,分别测试了NiTi超弹丝在恒温、恒应力及恒应变条件下的R-σ-ε、R-ε-t及R-σ-t关系曲线,并解释了其机理。结果表明:在已诱发完成马氏体相变的初始状态下进行恒应力及恒应变试验时,NiTi超弹丝的电阻受温度变化的影响较小,且与温度呈近似线性关系,降温与升温过程的电阻迟滞极小,NiTi超弹丝在该状态下用作智能材料与结构系统中的传感元件性能较好。

Abstract:In order to study the sensing properties of NiTi superelastic-wire in different initial states, resistance-stress-strain relationship at constant temperature, resistance-strain-temperature relationship at constant stress and resistance-stress-temperature relationship at constant strain were tested. Their mechanisms are explained. For NiTi superelastic-wire subjected to constant stress or constant strain after finishing stress-induced martensitic transformation, effect of temperature variation on resistance nature was tiny, resistance-temperature relationship was nearly linear and hysteresis loop hardly appeared, so NiTi superelastic-wire in this state has good sensing property and can be used as sensors in intelligent materials and structures.
