坦度螺酮治疗失眠和焦虑的疗效

目的探讨坦度螺酮治疗抑郁症及伴发失眠和焦虑的疗效。方法对抑郁症患者进行坦度螺酮治疗,用HAMD评定疗效。结果治疗前后患者HAMD总分、睡眠因子分、焦虑因子分有明显的下降,差异有显著性。结论坦度螺酮能有效缓解患者失眠和焦虑症状,值得临床使用。

Effect of Tandospirone on Insomnia and Anxiety

Objective To study the effect of tandospirone to treat insomnia and anxiety.Methods Use the prospective and opened Methods to treat the patients with tandosprione by HAMD scores.Results Before and after treated with tandosprione,the HAMD scores of patients decreassed,the difference was significance.Conclusion Tandospirone is effective and safe to anti-anxiety agent and can mitigate insomnia and anxiety of patients and the side effects are very light.
