Q开关Nd:YAG激光、倍频Nd:YAG激光、紫翠宝石激光治疗纹身的实验研究

摘    要:目的为研究对正常皮肤无损伤、合适、有效的波长和治疗参数.方法以新西兰白兔针刺法建立黑色、红色、绿色和蓝色的纹身动物模型,以三种常用Q开关激光(Q开关NdYAG激光、倍频NdYAG激光、紫翠宝石激光)不同参数设置治疗四个疗程后进行疗效评估.结果(1)纹身颜色对波长有选择性,三种Q开关激光治疗黑色纹身疗效均较好且无差异,Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗绿色、蓝色纹身,Q开关倍频NdYAG激光治疗红色纹身效果最好并与其它两种激光有显著差异.(2)三种激光治疗合适颜色的纹身时疗效均随能量密度的增高有显著差异而与频率无关.结论合理选择波长和治疗参数可有效去除纹身而不留疤痕,治疗多种颜色的纹身必须同时使用几种波长,Q开关激光治疗纹身需要多次治疗.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the most effective wavelength and parameter of lasers applied in the removal of different tattoos. Methods: New Zealand Rabbits were tattooed with black, blue, green and red pigments. These tattoos were then treated with three commercially available lasers and evaluated clinically after four treatment sessions. Results: (1) Certain tattoo pigments respond better to different laser system. (2) The response was related to fluence, but was not related to frequency. Conclusion: Tattoos can be effectively removed with appropriate wavelength and parameter without scarring. Several wavelengths remain necessary to optimally treat multicolored tattoos. Limitation of this therapy is the need for multiple treatment sessions.
