摘    要:介绍预焙阳极铝电解槽阳极提升机构两种不同的设计结构——螺旋起重式和三角板滑道式;并从提升载荷的工况计算、三角板结构受力分析及电机功率计算等方面,重点论述了三角板滑道式提升机构。

Abstract:The article describes two different structure of the anode lifting mechanism in prebaked anode aluminum reduction cell,one is spiral lifting type;the other is set square slideway type,discusses the set square slideway type lifting mechanism in many respects,such as the operation calculation of the lifting load,force analysis of the set square structure and power calculation of the motor.
