| 摘 要： | 乙醇精馏装置是将纯度为95%的乙醇经三重精馏生成无水乙醇的生产工艺。该工艺属于间歇反应，控制系统若采用PLC多回路串级调节，可以提高系统的控制精度和自动化水平。实践结果表明，由于PLC组态控制灵活、接口功能丰富、参数设置方便，操作界面直观，将在精馏装置中得到广泛应用。
