摘    要:丁腈橡胶(NBR)与聚丙烯(PP)是一个不相容共混体系因此采用CPE作为其增容剂,由于影响共混体系的因素较多,实验采用了均匀设计方法,均匀6设计有着实验次数少、因素的水平可以适当调整、利用计算机处理实验数据方便、快速等特点。以DSC量热分析结果为指标,寻找出NBR与PP共混合成热塑性弹性体的最佳条件和主要影响因素,通过扫描电镜分析NBR与PP的相容性证实了上述结果。

Abstract:Compatibilizer CPE was used to make NBR compatible with PP. On account of so many factors affecting the blending system, Uniform Design method was adoped, and then it makes it possible to use a computer to deal with the experimental data, and it is also very easy to change the factors. According to DSC results, the optima and main factors of the blending of thermoplastic elastomer(NBR) and polypropylene (PP) were found by means of Uniform Design, and testified by the compatibility of NBR and PP analyzed by SEM.
