摘    要:以液固相反向凝固法生产的包铜钢线为研究对象,利用有限差分法分析了铜在钢线芯体上的漫覆过程;得出了特定工艺条件下铜层包覆比的理论变化规律。实验表明,在铜层重熔之前,模拟结果和实验结论基本吻合。这对预测某一实验条件下铜覆层厚度具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:The paper presents an study of copper clad steel wire produced by liquid and solid bonding method. Using the finite difference equation, the dipping process is analyzed. On the basis of the results of temperature fields, the thickness of copper layer can be deduced at designated conditions. The experiment shows that the numerical simulation results have good conformity to experimental ones at the stage prior to remelting of copper layer. It will be of great significance to predict the thickness of copper layer at different experimental conditions.
