| Abstract: | ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 18, No 6, P 16 17(Dec 1999) In Chinese CDS bipolar aluminum electrolytic capacitors are characterized by non polarity, low dissipation, high working temperature and high ripple current capacity. The design principle and important manufacture technology for the capacitors of long life, high ripple current capacity and working at 150 ℃ are discussed. (1 ref.) |
