摘    要:针对离心机加速慢,无法准确模拟导弹加速度曲线上升沿等问题,设计了空气炮启动的带矢量转台离心机。利用空气炮助推的方式提高了角加速度,缩短了加速度上升时间,实现瞬间加速,同时用伺服电机带动矢量转台,抵消了空气炮的横向冲击力,模拟导弹的发射过程。实测结果表明:该离心机可在120ms内达到所需的加速度,控制精度达到±5%,较准确地模拟了导弹加速过程。该系统还可以推广应用于其他机械或电子部件进行加速度试验。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems such as slow centrifuge acceleration,the rising edge of missile acceleration curves which can’t be accurately simulated,a vector turntable centrifuge started by air cannon was designed.It adopted air cannon booster mode to improve the angular acceleration,reduce starting time,realize prompt acceleration and simulate the process of missile launching.To offset the air cannon transverse impact,a servo motor was used to drive vector turntable.The measured results showed that the centrifuge could achieve desired acceleration within 120 ms,reached the control accuracy of ± 5% and satisfied the simulation test requirements.The system could also be applied to the acceleration tests of other mechanical or electronic components.
