超声波法辅助提取花椒油树脂

摘    要:以四川花椒为原料,利用超声波细胞破碎法正交试验设计优化提取油树脂。结果表明:料液比为影响提取效果的显著因子,其次是超声输出功率,影响较小的因素是乙醇浓度和超声工作时间。通过该法优化后的提取工艺条件为:80℃条件下,料液比为1∶10,乙醇体积分数55%,超声输出功率210 W,工作时间5 min。在该工艺条件下提取一次花椒油树脂的最大提取率为34.6%。

Abstract:The optimum extracting conditions of oleoresin from Zanthoxylum bungeanum with ultrasonic were studied by the orthogonal test design.The results showed that solid/solvent ratio was the significant factor,followed by output power of ultrasonic,but ethanol concentration and working time have little effect.Optimum extracting condition were as follows:under 80℃,solid/solvent ratio 1:10,ethanol concentration 55 %,output power 210W,ultrasonic working time 5min.The extraction rate of oleoresin was 34.6% under the optimal condition.
