Abstract:Vacuum system is one of the most signifcant method to remove the air of die cavity in pressure die casting process.However,the development o vacuum die casting has undergone serveral rise and fall,but it is entering a new stage at present time.There is a more handy way among evacuated methods that the evacuation of air/gas from the die>The design and calculation of vacuum venting differences to conventional venting in the die.
