摘    要:在含铁为12%的ZL108合金中,加入5%的以锰、铬、稀土为基本成分的添加剂时,合金中针状、片状的铁相变为团球状、块状及梅花状。单独加硫时,铁相呈短杆状。先加入3%的添加剂再加硫,则铁相变为非常细小的团球状、块状,根据GB3508-83的规定,铁相形态可达一级

Abstract:When 5% addition composed basically by Mn, Cr, RE is added to ZL108 alloy containing 1.2% Fe, Iron phase in the alloy becomes spheroidized, block or plum blossom like shape as originally they were acicular or flake shape. When S is added to the alloy alone the form of Iron phase is short pole like. If 3% addition is added first and then S is added, Iron phase becomes very small spheroidal or block shape, the form of Iron phase could reach the first grade according to GB3508-83.
