用气浮法处理阳离子染料废水

摘    要:以阳离子红X—GRL溶液模拟染料废水,以阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为捕获剂,对气浮法处理染料废水的工艺进行了研究。研究了pH、气体流量、表面活性剂用量、装液量对染料废水脱色率的影响。用正交实验法确定了最佳工艺条件:pH为9.0、气体流量为300mL/Mmin、装液量为450mL、表面活性剂浓度为1.4mmol/L,此条件下,阳离子红X—GRL脱色率为95.7%,富集比为13.5。
