| 摘 要： | 研究了一种快速检测大肠菌群的细胞培养瓶剂法，即以国标法中的乳糖胆盐发酵培养基为基本营养成分，经浓缩、干燥后制成快速检测瓶剂，待检样品滴入细胞培养瓶内，培养24h，依据培养瓶盖上产气指示试纸颜色变化及瓶内溶液颜色变化，确定可疑阳性样品，并对其进行氧化酶实验，验证大肠菌群的存在。实验对细胞培养瓶法进行了大肠菌群的重复性及实际样品检测，并与国标法进行比较。结果显示：细胞培养瓶法与国标法所测结果符合率达96％，样品检测报告时间只需24h，比国标法减少48h，2种方法所测结果在统计学上无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。细胞培养瓶法简单、快速、准确，利于基层监测机构和生产企业对食品中大肠菌群的快速检测。
