| 摘 要： | 针对目前小区建筑智能水平较低的现状，利用现场总线技术设计了一种智能监控系统，包括了智能照明和远程抄表系统，具体阐述了该系统的实现方法，包括系统的控制网络组成结构以及基于Lonworks技术的智能节点开发，物业管理的中央计算机通过以太网对系统运行进行监控。利用智能照明子系统可以自动控制灯具的亮度和开关状态，利用远程抄表子系统可以节约人力，避免人工抄表的效率低下。
