| 摘 要： | 气动包装机已在国内外广泛推广使用， 因为气动包装是有高速无污染机构， 简单成本低廉等优点，但在包装过程中如何实现准确快速定位，实现精确送料、封口、计量、打印等动作，要求机械控制系统重复精度要高。应用本系统原理设计的各类气动包装机械，不但可以实现计算机全自动化控制，而且具有非常好的使用性能，本文研究重点推出了应用“ＰＣＭ”控制的廉价气动控制新途径。

| Abstract: | High accuraly of the pneumatic positioning system has hold many researcher s interest The thesis studys the computer PCM control of pneumatic positioning system The theory and application computer simulation and experimental apparatus of PCM control are introduced.The experiment system can obtain the good control performance and realize the repeatable positioning accuracy of about±0 5mm,thus it may be deemed that PCM control offers a new way for cheap positioning control of penumatic system |
