| 摘 要： | 网络计划技术是运筹学中图解理论应用的一个分支,随着工业生产的发展和计算机的应用,原来的施工进度计划横道图已经不能适应复杂的组织管理工作的需要:关键线路方法(CPM)和计划评审方法(PERT)是编制大型工程进度计划的有效方法,但网络技术的应用必须与计算机的使用结合起来,否则是难以推广和应用的,而网络图中回路的检查与处理是其中的重点和难点。

| Abstract: | The network plan technolohgy is an embranchmaent of graphic theory application in operational research,With the de- velopment of industry production and the application of computer,the primary construct progress plan bar-chart don' t fit the needs of complicated and organizational works.Critical-Path Method(CPM)and Performance Evaluation Re- view Technique (PERT) are the efficiency methods to weave the progress plan of large-scale project.If the application of network technology isn't combined with the application of computer,it is difficult to extend and apply And it is the emphasis and difficulty to examine and deal with the loop of intersection chart. |
