超低密度水泥浆体系设计和研究

摘    要:欠平衡钻井的发展和某些低破裂压力地层要求固井水泥浆密度低于1.20 g/cm^3,有些甚至要求水泥浆密度低于1.00 g/cm^3。为此,引入了超低密度水泥浆的概念;分析了所使用的减轻材料选择依据,提出超低密度水泥浆设计原理,超低密度水泥浆密度可达0.96 g/cm^3;讨论了超低密度水泥浆稳定性、失水、强度等性能,并对超低密度水泥浆的综合性能进行了试验,结果表明其综合性能优良,可以满足各种固井工程的应用要求。

Abstract:Cement slurry densities lower than 1.20 g/cm3,even 1.00 g/cm3 are required io under balanced drilling and in low pressure gradient formations.This paper discusses the ultra-low density cement slurries and the selection of the light-weight materials in the cement slurries.An ultra-low density cement slurry design principle is given in this paper.According to the principle,the density of the cement slurry can be as low as 0.96 g/cm3.Also discussed in this paper are the stability,water loss and strength of the ultra-low cement slurry.The overall performance of the designed ultra-low density cement slurry was tested,showing that the slurry has very good overall performance in oil well cementing.
