摘    要:采用液相线造法铸造A356铝合金获得金属半固态加工要求的细小、等轴“非枝晶”组织,考察铸造温度,保温时间及冷却速度对结晶组织的影响。在液相线附近,随铸造温度升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒变大,形状变得圆整,结晶组织均匀。冷却速度快,晶粒细小。铸锭中心部位组织比边缘部位组织粗大,且均匀、球化明显。结果表明,液相线半连续铸造可以获得理想的A356铝合金半固态浆料。

Abstract:The microstructure of fine equi axial nondendritic grains of alloy A356 needed in the semi solid forming is obtained by liquidus casting The influences of casting temperature, heat preservation time and cooling rates on microstructure of liquidus casting alloy are investigated The grain of liquidus casting alloy A356 becomes large and spherical with the increase of casting temperature and the increase of heat preservation time The grains become fine with the increase of cooling rate The microstructure of ingot casting in the iron mould is finer than that in the graphite mould The grains in the middle of the ingot is larger, more spherical and more uniform than that in the edge The fine semi solid slurries of A356 alloy can be obtained by liquidus casting
