| 摘 要： | 从数控加工的角度探讨3Crl3不锈钢零件在数控车床上批量加工的技巧，主要研究了零件数控程序编制和数控加工中的装夹、对刀、首件试切、工件更换、磨损补偿等问题。实践表明．这些研究成果有助于提高数控编程与加工能力．充分发挥数控加工的优势。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the skill of 3Cr13 stainless steel parts batch processing on NC lurning machines, studies mainly on the questions of programming and mounting and clamping parts, presetting cutter, machining the first parts, parts replacement, wear compensation in NC processing and so on. Practice has proved that these research results are helpful in enhancing the capacity of NC programming and processing. |
