摘    要:基于CCD成像和数字图像处理的小孔检测得到了广泛的应用.通过对小孔成像然后提取小孔边缘,将边缘数据拟合后得到小孔的参数.在常用的拟合方法中,最小二乘法在工程中用最多也最有效.但是当提取的小孔边缘有比较大的凹凸时,直接采用最小二乘拟合会产生很大的测量误差.基于此提出了一种易于实现的用于消除小孑L凹凸影响的改进的椭圆拟合方法.

Abstract:Holes detection based on CCD and image processing has been wildly used. With the edge of the image of holes, the data of edge was fited and the parameters of the holes was obtained. Among the common fitting method, Least-Square Method (LSM) is used in engineering and very effective. But when there are some tines, directly fitting using LSM will make a large error.So an improved fitting method of LSM to restrain the effect of the tines is introduced.
