关于大型球磨机的设计

球磨机中研磨体的运动方式主要有抛落式和泻落式两种。研磨体的抛落式运动已经有了比较深入的研究并作为设计中小型球磨机的理论基础.对于大型球磨机研磨体的运动方式应采用泻落式.本文对研磨体的泻落式运动进行讨论并给予数学描述,在此基础上为大型球磨机的设计提供了理论依据.

Design of Large-sized Ball Mill

The ball mill grinding operation is considered to be done by the action of the balls cascading or cataracting according to the speed of mill.The cascading applies to the rolling of balls from top to bottom of the leap and the cataracting refers to the ris- ing to a maxium height of the balls and then throwing to the toe of the leap.The cata- racting has been studied and gived mathematical consideration and the result ob- tained are the theoretical basis for design of small and medium sized ball mills.But for the large sized ball mills,it is recognized that the grinding action is done by the cascading balls.This paper studies the cascading of balls and the technical parameters of large sized ball mills.
