喷涂聚脲防渗材料在山口岩水库大坝上的防渗应用

摘    要:碾压混凝土大坝难以避免存在混凝土空隙,混凝土空隙使大坝的渗水性增大,渗水性长期增大会影响大坝的安全。采用喷涂聚脲防渗材料可提高大坝的抗渗能力。本文着重介绍了山口岩水库大坝喷涂聚脲防渗材料的设计方案、涂装工艺、节点处理、施工中的细节及注意事项等。蓄水试验表明喷涂聚脲防渗材料应用在混凝土大坝上游面,可明显提高大坝的防渗能力。

Abstract:Rolled concrete dams are difficult to avoid concrete space.The concrete space results in the increase of creepage which influences dam safety.The spray polyurea anti-seepage material can improve the impermeability of dams.The design scheme,coat-ing process, joint processing and construction details and cautions of spray polyurea materials on the dam of Shankougan Reser-voir are introduced in this paper. The water storage test shows that spray polyurea material on the upstream face of concrete dams can obviously improve the impermeability of dams.
