相继增压技术的应用研究

摘    要:根据某型柴油机的结构特点、总体布置和计算结果,在现有该型柴油机结构上进行增压系统的改进设计,采用相继增压技术,改善了常规并联增压系统在柴油机低工况运行时出现的燃烧恶化、油耗升高,功率下降的现象,低工况性能得到了提高,降低了燃油耗率、排温及烟度,功率范围有较大扩展,使得低工况限制特性曲线更加丰满,额定工况时单缸功率达到140kW,油耗值198.2g/k矾,达到了优化全工况性能的目的.满足了该型柴油机低速时的扭矩特性要求。
