含黄腐酸保鲜剂的配制研究

摘    要:采用微波的方法提取褐煤中的黄腐酸,并将提取物用于乳液保鲜剂的配制。考察了乳化剂种类、复配时间及复配温度、乳化剂加入方式等条件对复配产品的影响,确定出较佳的复配条件并进行了保鲜实验。

Abstract:Fulvic acid was extracted from lignite under microwave-assisted conditions ,and the extracts were added to fresh-keeping agent .The influence of emulsifier types, compounding time and temperature, addition methods of emulsifier on the fresh-keeping agent was investigated. The best compounding conditions were determined, and fresh-keeping experiments were carried out.
