摘    要:<正> 桑椹是桑树Morus alba L.的果实,自古以来就作为水果和中药材被应用。中医认为,桑椹具有生津止渴、补肝益肾、滋阴补血、明日安神等功效。现代医学研究表明,桑椹有增强免疫、促进造血、防止动脉硬化、促进新陈代谢和延年益寿等作用。桑椹属浆果,果肉多汁,滋味甘美,色泽鲜艳,是开发果汁、果酱、果酒等产品极好的资源。

A New Practice from BOSUNTM Mulberry Juice
Abstract:Quality control of BOSUNTM Mulberry Juice is from "farm to table", which was researched and developed by the Sericultural Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Quality guaranteed system of BOSUNTM mulberry juice is consist of Green Food Standard , Food Safety controlling system - HACCP and ISO9000 Quality Management System.The Sericultural Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences researchs some new type of juices,which using mulberry as material. As good taste,full of nutrition, mulberry is popular in China.And they believe it will be powerful in compitition.
