Robust p stability and performance

In this paper we study robust stability, in the _p sense, against structured perturbations of bounded _p norm. The perturbations may be either linear time-varying, nonlinear time-varying, or nonlinear time-invariant. We develop exact tests for robust stability for each case in terms of convex optimization problems. These results are extended to solve the corresponding robust performance problems, with performance measured via the induced _p norm.
