| 摘 要： | 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、硫代巴比妥酸法测定川芎醇提物对超氧阴离子、脂质体过氧化的清除率,对川芎醇提物的抗氧化活性进行了体外研究。结果显示川芎醇提物的还原能力随浓度增加而增强,对超氧阴离子有较强的抑制作用,且呈剂量效应关系,表明川芎醇提物有显著的抗氧化活性。

| Abstract: | This experiment was to study about ethanol extract of Chuanxiong for antioxidant activity in vitro.The reducing power of the extract was enhanced with increasing concentration,and the extract has a strong inhibition to superoxide anion.The results reveal that the alcohol extract of Chuanxiong have significant antioxidant activity. |
