光声检测用半导体激光器温度控制电路

摘    要:介绍了用于光声检测系统的稳定和控制DFB激光器温度的基于MAX1978的温度控制电路,采用10K负温度系数的电阻做温度传感器,TEC做温度控制器件。测试结果表明,该电路的温度设定响应时间小于10s,温度稳定的精度优于0.02℃。

Abstract:This paper introduced the MAX1978-based temperature control circuit which was used for photoacoustic detection system and controlling and stabalizing DFB laser temperature. 10 K negative temperature coefficient of resistance was used as temperature sensors and TEC temperature as the implementation of the device. The results show that the response time is less than 10 s, the temperature stability of the accuracy is better than 0. 02 ℃.
