摘    要:用脉冲反应器研究了VPO催化剂用于丙烷晶格氧选择性氧化制丙烯酸 (AA)和乙酸 (HAc)的可行性。通过对催化剂的吹扫试验验证了晶格氧的氧化机理。试验结果表明 ,升高温度及减少进样量 ,都使转化率增加、选择性降低。丙烷转化率在 30 %左右时 ,AA和HAc的收率最高 ,分别为 7 6 6 %和 2 93%。在不进行再生的条件下 ,随着脉冲丙烷次数的增加 ,转化率下降 ,选择性上升 ,产物中AA与HAc的比例降低

Abstract:A tentative study on the oxidation of propane to acrylic acid(AA) and acetic acid(HAc) by lattice oxygen on VPO catalyst was carried out using a pulse reactor in which the oxidation of propane and the regeneration of catalyst took place alternatively.That propane reacted with lattice oxygen of VPO catalyst to form AA and HAc over the catalyst was confirmed by purging the catalyst with N 2 after regeneration.Selectivity falls with increasing propane conversion both by elevating the reaction temperature and by reducing the amount of propane in each pulse.The maximum yields of AA and HAc are 766% and 292% achieved at a propane conversion of 30%.The conversion of propane,yields of AA and HAc,and AA/HAc ratio in the products decrease with the times of pulse.The results also imply that the most economic way to transform propane to AA and HAc is to perform the reaction with lower conversion and high selectivity in a single pass,and to achieve high conversion by recycling the unconverted propane.
