考虑扭转力矩的塑料贮液瓶薄弱环节设计方法

摘    要:在塑料贮液瓶薄弱环节尺寸设计方面,目前只考虑后坐过载的方法不适用于旋转弹,因此提出了考虑扭转力矩的塑料贮液瓶薄弱环节尺寸设计方法。该方法将弹丸加速转动过程中角加速度造成的扭转力矩加入计算,利用发射过载-扭转力矩和跌落过载确定薄弱环节尺寸可行区间,通过调整安全系数逐步缩小尺寸可行区间获得尺寸最优值。计算机仿真结果显示采用该方法设计的薄弱环节尺寸可提高安全系数,有效保证可靠激活和1.5m跌落无损。

Abstract:The present weak link design method of plastic liquid storing bottle based on recoil overload can not adapt to circumrotated ammunition.To solve the problem,a new method based on torsion moment was proposed for plasitc liquid storing bottle.The viable aggregate were determined by recoil overload and fall off overload and the best link size was obtained by adjusting safety factor.Simulation results showed that the new method could increase the safety factor and enture that the bottle could be activated firmly and fall off 1.5 m scatheless.
