电磁型振动能量收集器研究及发展现状

摘    要:介绍了电磁感应型振动能量收集器的基本工作原理,根据法拉第电磁感应定律导出了感生电动势和电磁阻尼与能量收集器结构及运动速度的关系。回顾了电磁能量收集器的发展历程和现状,从原始的直线共振型到最新的非共振转动型振动能量收集器,详细梳理了近年来电磁型振动能量收集器的基本结构、工作方式和性能,比较了直线共振型和非共振转动型两类能量收集器的特点及适用环境。根据能量收集器输出能量最大化的要求,从电磁阻尼、升压变换及反馈控制几方面对后端功率输出处理电路的设计特点进行了分析。最后,展望了振动能量收集器的发展趋势。

Abstract:The basic working principle of the vibration based electromagnetic energy harvester is demonstrated.The relation between the induced electromotive force,electric-magnetic damping and the harvester structure,the vibrator velocity is deduced according to Faraday's law of the electromagnetic induction.The development history and present situation of the electromagnetic energy harvester are reviewed.From the original resonant to the new type rotational harvesters in recent years,the basic structure,working pattern and their performances are classified in detail.The characteristics and suitable environment are compared for these two kinds of harvesters.According to the requirement of the maximum power output,the design considerations of the power processing circuits are analyzed,including the electric-magnetic damping,boost conversion and feedback control.Finally,the development trend of the vibration energy harvester is prospected.
