新区住宅开发建设中规划与管理若干问题的探讨

随着我国城市化进程的加速以及城市空间的不断拓展,新区建设已成为城市发展的重要课题,住宅则更是重中之重。本文结合福州市新区建设的实例,通过对新区住宅的功能定位及内在特征的研究,提出我国现阶段发展新区住宅应以发展卫星城镇住宅和新区大规模普通住宅为重点的观点,同时归纳总结了新区住宅规划布局原则、开发建设和综合管理模式方面的构想。

ON SOME PROBLEMS OF PIANNING AND MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENCE IN NEW REGIONS

With the rapid urbanization and the expansion of cities, the construction of new regions has come into an important issue The residence planning has received much attention Combining many cases of house building in new regions in Fuzhou , this paper proposes that much emphasis must be put on the development of house building in the towns surrounding the cities as well as the large-scale building of common houses By analyzing the function and the inner feature of house building in new regions, this paper generalizes the principle of arranging new houses in new regions and puts forward to the design of development and management of new regions
