摘    要:研究了溶剂气浮法去除水中的苯酚红,苯酚红通过与表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵形成离子缔合物气浮进入有机溶剂异戊醇而从水中去除。研究表明:苯酚红-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的摩尔比为1∶2时5 min内去除率可达95%.乙醇对整个溶剂气浮过程影响小,共存溶质NaCl可大大降低气浮效率。气浮速率在一定程度上随着气流速率的增加而增加,基本上与有机溶剂的体积无关。溶剂气浮过程遵从假一级动力学。实验考察了不同温度下溶剂气浮的回收速率,并计算了该过程中的气浮表观活化能为2.24 KJ/mol.

Abstract:Phenol red was removed from an aqueous solution by solvent sublation of Phenol red-cetyltrimethyl am- monium bromide (CTAB) complex (sublate) into iso-pentanol. The effects of many parameters,such as airflow rates, electrolytes (e. g. NaCI), non-hydrophobic organics (e. g. ethanol), and pH were studied. The mole ratio of dye to the surfactant (1:2) was the most effective for the removal,with over 95% dye removed from the aqueous solution in 5 mln by solvent sublatlon. The mole fraction of ethanol had some effect on the whole process solvent sublation. With the increase of NaCI, the removal efficiency reduced significantly. The solvent sublation process followed first order kinetics. A characteristic parameter, apparent activation energy of attachment of the sublate to bubbles,was estimated at a value of 2.24 kJ/mol.
