基于IMO标准的船用耐蚀钢检测技术研究与应用
摘    要:对国际海事组织(IMO)规定的货油舱耐蚀钢腐蚀性能标准及检测技术条件进行了分析,详细介绍了自主研发的上甲板、内底板腐蚀评价装置的性能指标和试验情况。结果表明,在精确控制试样循环温度和水温基础上研制的检测装置,各项技术参数可以满足IMO的相关规定,为国产耐蚀钢及其配套型材、焊材的腐蚀评价提供了设备保证,标志着中国已经完全掌握了IMO标准化的船用耐蚀钢腐蚀检测技术。

Abstract:The corrosion performance standards and testing technology conditions about corrosion resistant steel for cargo oil tank established by International Maritime Organization (IMO) were analyzed, and the performance index and the test results of the corrosion evaluation device for inner bottom and upper deck made independently were introduced respectively in detail. The results show that all technical parameters of the device with accurately controlling of sample circulating temperature and water temperature conform to IMO regulations, which provides condition guarantee for corrosion evaluation of domestic corrosion resistant steel and its matching welding products and indicates that China has mastered IMO standard detection technology for marine corrosion resistant steel.
