| 摘 要： | 针对当前自动测试领域仪器无关化、通用化、模块化、TPSs可移植等要求，借鉴国外相应的理论和技术．以及国内的工程实践经验，设计了一种自动测试系统软件平台．该平台通过提供相应的配置工具及组件实现仪器互换、信号通道自动管理、数据库操作以及网络测试等功能．技术上是可行的和先进的。

| Abstract: | According to the demands of instrument independent, unification, TPSs portability and so on, refer to foreign corresponding theory and technology and domestic engineering practice, this paper designs a ATS software platform. The platform can provide IVI, signal channel automatic manage, database operations and network test functions etc by configuration tools and components. In technology, it is feasible and advanced. |
