摘    要:预混技术是热塑性树脂基复合材料制备的一项十分有效的技术。利用包缠手段,将连续增强纤维作为芯纱,外层覆盖纤维状的热塑性树脂,形成所谓的线状预混料。本文描述了这种预混料的结构,介绍了其应用特点,指出了作为预混料的包缠纱的质量指标及可能的质量控制手段。

Abstract:Premixing is one of the effective techniques for manufacturing composites with thermoplastic matrix.By means of friction spinning process, a so called linear premix is produced,composed of continuous filaments core yarn as reinforcement and a cover of thermoplastic resin in the form of staple fibres.The paper describes the structure of the friction spun yarn and explains its application characteristics.The quality indexes and possible quality control measures are also discussed.
