| Abstract: | The importance and urgency of developing deep - water surroundings simulation system was described. A completely designing plan was put forward, which provides the equipments of cultivating microbes on land, and the solutions to some key technologies were discussed, such as high -pressure sealing, security system, erosion -resistant, sampling observing and so on. |
