摘    要:供暖散热器在运行状态时会出现各种故障,需要寻求一种在线快速检测技术.通过建立供暖散热器传热模型,分析了红外热像仪检测散热器故障的可行性.在供暖散热器故障模式分类的基础上,选取典型供暖散热器故障红外热像图,采用热像特征、相间(或横向)互比和同相(或纵向)比较相组合的分析比较判别法对其红外热像特征进行分析,结合散热器的结构、运行状况和安装工艺等情况,开发了供暖散热器故障在线检测技术.
