废旧锂离子电池LiCoO2电极中钴的浸出动力学

摘    要:研究了在超声场下废旧锂离子电池正极材料钴酸锂中钴在H2SO4+H2O2浸出体系中的浸出动力学,并考察了超声场、H2O2加入量和温度对钴浸出的影响。结果表明,超声场及H2O2可以显著促进钴的浸出,浸出动力学可以用Avrami方程描述,浸出反应的表观活化能为22.72kJ/mol。

Abstract:The leaching kinetics of cobalt from LiCoO2 cathode of spent lithium-ion batteries in the medium of H2SO4+H2O2 with ultrasonic was studied.The effects of ultrasonic,H2O2 dosage and temperatrure on the leaching of cobalt were investigated.The results show that the ultrasonic and H2O2 stimulate the leaching process of cobalt significantly.The Avrami equation is fitted to the cobalt leaching kinetics and the apparent activation energy is 22.72 kJ/mol.
