从浸锌渣中高压浸出镓锗的研究

摘    要:针对目前从浸锌渣中回收镓锗工艺中存在的问题,采用高压酸浸工艺处理该渣,研究了始酸浓度、温度、时间、SO2分压、液固比、搅拌线速度等对镓锗浸出率的影响。结果表明,该浸出渣经二段高温高酸浸出后,锌、铁、镓、锗的累计浸出率分别为92.79%、97.87%、94.09%、75.18%。

Abstract:The zinc leached residues was leached under pressure with the objective to address the problem existing in the recovery of gallium and germanium. The effects of initial acid concentration, temperature, SO2 partial pressure, ratio of liquid to solid and stirring speed on leaching rate of gallium and germanium were studied. The results show that the total leaching rate of zinc, iron, gallium and germanium were 92.79%, 97.87%, 94.09% and 75.18% respectively after the acid leaching in high temperature.
