摘    要:采用萃取法从钛白粉酸解废渣中回收钛铁矿,经过沉降分离、逆流洗涤及筛分等工序回收钛铁矿和溶液中的二氧化钛。工业试验及生产实践表明,该工艺能有效回收酸解废渣中的钛铁矿,投资少,运行成本低,生产运行稳定。

Abstract:Ilmenite was recovered from acidolysis residues of titanium white with the extraction separation process. The ilmenite and titanium dioxide in solution were recovered by the processes of settlement separation, countercurrent washing and sieve grading. The industrial test and plant practice show that the extraction separation process can effectively recover ilmenite and titanium dioxide from residues and has the advantages of small investment, low operation cost and steady operation.
