河口油区油气集输工艺的改进与应用效果

摘    要:通过对河口采油厂油气集输生产工艺的分析研究,提出用阶梯式热化学沉降脱水工艺来代替电化学脱水工艺;开发研制了高效分水器,可实现原油预分水。现场应用效果良好,直接经济效益达1000余万元。

Abstract:By analyzing oil and gas gathering process in Hekou Oil Production Factory, the substitution of electrochemical dehydration with stepped thermal-chemical settling dehydration is presented. A high efficiency oil and gas separator is developed for water pro-separation in crude oil, of which better result is achieved in field application ,with economic profit as much as 10 million yuan RMB.
