| 摘 要： | 利用分子蒸馏技术初步探讨了维生素k1的分离提纯。通过改变实验操作参数(操作压力和蒸馏温度等),得到了不同纯度的维生素k1馏出物,其最高纯度达到了93%以上,表明分子蒸馏法提纯维生素k1具有一定的可行性和工业化前景。

| Abstract: | In this study,molecular distillation technique was applied in the purification of vitamin K1.By change of experimental parameters,such as working pressure and temperature etc,the different purity of vitamin K1 was gained.The top of purity was more than 93%.It showed that molecular distillation method would be a certain feasibility and a certain industrialized foreground for the purification of the vitamin K1. |
