摘    要:新场气田蓬莱镇组气藏属于低渗透致密砂岩气藏,具有一定的储量规模,但低孔、低渗、高含水饱和度的特征使其开采困难,因此实施增压开采工艺技术是保证该类气藏增储稳产的重要手段。文章运用气藏数值模拟方法对该气藏建立了三维地质模型,在气藏储量拟合及气井生产历史拟合的基础上,设计了9套增压开采对比方案。选用三维二相黑油模拟器进行模拟计算,其结果显示实施增压开采方案的采气速度和采出程度均比不实施增压开采的高,而且延长了气井生产时间。同时还评价了经过增压开采后,气藏、增压井组以及单井的可采储量增加量,确定了增压开采后单井合理的井口压力控制程序和降产方式。方案结果对比表明,以目前单井产量敞输,控制最小井口压力在压缩机吸气压力0.2 MPa的开发方案,能使整个气藏在实施增压开采后提高可采储量7.28%。

Abstract:Penglaizheng group gas reservoir in Xinchang gas field belongs to close sand reservoir with low permeability, but has some commercial reserves. However, the characteristics of low porosity, low permeability and high water saturation make it difficult for the reservoir to develop. So, pressure-boosting stimulation is a very important tool for this kind of gas reservoirs to increase reserves and stabilize production. With numeral stimulation, 3-D geologic model for the gas reservoir is developed. According to the reserve fitting of the gas reservoir and the historical fitting of the gas production, 9 comparing programs for pressure-boosting stimulation are proposed. The 3-D and 2 phases black-oil simulator is used for simulation calculation. The results show both the gas recovering rate and the recovery factor with pressure-boosting stimulation are higher, and the life of the gas wells is longer. Also, the additional volume of recoverable reserves for the gas reservoir, the boosted well group and the single well is evaluated respectively after pressure-boosting stimulation. The proper procedure to control well-head pressure and the optimizing way of production declining are determined after pressure-boosting stimulation. The comparison for the results of the programs shows the production program with open flow at the current output of single well and the minimum well-head pressure 0.2 Mpa., which is the suction pressure of compressors, can make the recoverable reserve increasing 7.28% after pressure-boosting stimulation is conducted for the whole gas reservoir.
