防静电技术在精萘生产中的应用

摘    要:在化工企业中,由静电造成的灾害已不容忽视。文中根据静电产生机理,测试了精萘生产过程中各部位的静电电压,并通过静电消除装置对静电进行消除。实际应用表明,静电消除装置能有效抑制生产中静电的产生和静电电荷的积累,静电电压由35kV左右降至2kV以下,静电消除效果明显。

Abstract:In chemical enterprise, hazard caused by static electricity should never be forgotten. In accord with electrostatic formation principle, the electrostatic voltage at every part in refined naphthalene production is tested, and static electricity is eliminated by means of electrostatic eliminating device. Actual application shows that electrostatic eliminating device can effectively inhibit formation of static electricity in production and accumulation of electrostatic charge, electrostatic voltage can be reduced from 35kV to 2kV or less, electrostatic eliminating effect is obvious.
