摘    要:利用ANSYS软件建立了驱、行轮齿啮合接触的有限元模型,并对其进行非线性接触有限元分析,结果直观准确并与现实工作中的现象相吻合,为齿轮接触应力分析和强度校核提供了更加快速有效的方法。

Abstract:The finite element model for gear tooth contact between shearer driving gear and driven gear is established with a software ANSYS,and the nonlinear contact finite element analysis results is reported.The intuitionistic simulation results are in satisfactory agreement with the practical phenomenon,so a faster and more effective method has been provided for contact stress analysis and strength checking of gear.
