微量油膜附水冷却润滑技术在准干式深孔中的应用

摘    要:主要应用微量油膜附水冷却液,在C621-1普通车床上,通过改变进给量、切削速度对45钢进行切削效果的试验研究。通过试验可以看出,与干式切削、乳化液切削相比,微量油膜附水切削不仅对刀具磨损小,延长了刀具使用寿命,还能降低工件表面的粗糙度,提高了工件表面质量。

Abstract:The experimental studies on the cutting effect of Oils on Water(OoW) machining 45 steel on the C621-1 conventional lathe are mainly carried out by changing feed rates and cutting speeds.Can see from the experiment that OoW not only has little destroy to the cutting tool and prolong its life,but also lowes the roughness of workpiece and improve the workpiece's surface quality compared with dry cutting and emuhion.
