| 摘 要： | 为解决零件轮毂孔内呈180°对称分布的双键键槽的对称度误差的测量方法问题,在基于使用通用计量器具的测量条件下,根据形位误差测量评定中的最小条件准则,利用评定定位误差的定位最小包容区域的概念,采用几何方法分析了轮毂孔内双键键槽对称度误差的测量和计算方法,得到了2个在不同情况下计算轮毂孔内双键键槽对称度误差值的公式,讨论了了这些公式在实际应用中可能遇到的问题,利用这些公式可解决加工中轮毂孔双键键槽对称度误差的测量方法问题。
