围包角对改向滚筒应力应变的影响

摘    要:以1m改向滚筒为例,根据滚筒的尺寸结构类型、材料参数属性和载荷状况,利用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析,进行了围包角对改向滚筒应力应变影响的研究。研究表明:当围包角α=180°时,既保证了滚筒轴所受最大应力应变远小于其许用应力值,又有效减小了筒体所受的最大应力应变,为改向滚筒的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the structure types,material properties and loading of 1 m bend roller,completed finite element analysis by ABAQUS and studied influence of surrounding angle on stress-strain of bend roller in belt conveyor.The results showed that when surrounding angle is 180°,the maximum stress-strain of cylinder shaft is far less than its allowable stress value,and the maximum stress-strain of cylinder is reduced,which provides evidence for bend roller design.
